I’d normally zone out halfway through guided meditations, but this download held my focus from the induction to the end. The pacing is slow enough to actually drop my shoulders and jaw before I even reached for the device, which made the whole session feel effortless.

The hypnotic induction really does its job—I've never felt my body sink into that level of physical release during a session before, and the mental relaxation carried over for hours after. The pacing of the voice is slow and steady, which made it easy to follow without my mind drifting off to random

The download was instant and the hypnotic pacing really helped me settle into a deeper, more relaxed state than my usual sessions. I’ve been using it nightly for a week, and the physical stillness it guides you toward is exactly what I needed to let go of the mental chatter.
